I managed to get the game to run using godot (I don't blame you, the export menu in godot makes it seem like the zip option just exports and compresses the game, I've done the same mistake with my game at first).
I'm very lost as to what is the goal in the game.. what's the incentive for triggering the tiles if it just puts my in danger? Maybe some sort of scoring system can help with that. Also the difficulty varies a lot depending on the distance from the hazard, to the point that it's trivial to dodge the snake when he's more than 2-3 tiles away, but it feels like it's impossible to dodge the dice when you trigger it at the bottom.

Not sure where to find the executable in the files, and the web version doesn't load. Unfortunately was not able to play the game in the end :(
